Raed Alibrahim
Raed Alibrahim is the founder and CEO of ATC — a resilient entrepreneur who built multiple ventures from the ground up, transforming risk into opportunity and vision into tangible impact.
About Raed
Raed Alibrahim’s story is not one of luck — it’s one of collaborative growth, learning, and resilience. He began his journey at SASF, supporting his father’s business and working alongside a team that deeply valued development, experimentation, and accountability. It was during this time that Raed was surrounded by mentors and colleagues who shared a growth mindset, giving him space to learn quickly and think long-term. That team helped shape his outlook — showing him how progress is built not through individual effort alone, but through the strength of the people around you.
Those foundational years were filled with real operational challenges — cash flow gaps, supplier defaults, and even critical project risks. But together with his team, Raed learned how to adapt and rebuild. Over time, he gained fluency in business fundamentals — from P&L responsibility to CAPEX optimization, vendor negotiations, and credit risk management — and learned how to apply structure to ambition.
Eventually, Raed branched out and launched his own ventures — first in aluminum spacers and architectural glass, then expanding into chemicals and industrial manufacturing. Every project he touched grew from humble beginnings into scalable, process-driven companies. What started as collaborative groundwork with SASF eventually gave rise to ATC — a firm that today employs dozens, serves regional clients, and contributes directly to Saudi Arabia’s industrial capacity.
What drives him now isn’t revenue or recognition — it’s purpose. Raed remains proud of ATC’s role in providing jobs, supporting families, and serving national development goals under Saudi Vision 2030. He believes that sustainable business is built not on ego, but on community, contribution, and collective momentum.
Work Experience
Raed’s entrepreneurial journey began at SASF, where he joined a team committed to building something greater than themselves. It was here that he gained real-world experience in how businesses operate, scale, and survive. Surrounded by colleagues who valued shared learning, experimentation, and growth, Raed thrived in a collaborative environment where he was encouraged to take ownership, think ahead, and contribute beyond his role.
Together, the team navigated challenges that shaped his professional foundation — including:
- 🧾 Financial management:
Working closely with SASF leadership to manage receivables, supplier payments, and reinvestment strategies under pressure. - 🏗️ Project execution:
Participating in aluminum and glass installation projects — often coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure delivery and quality. - 📦 Procurement & inventory:
Supporting sourcing, inventory rotation, and lead-time reduction by coordinating across vendors and internal departments.
This experience inspired Raed to eventually start new ventures of his own — built on the same principles of trust, process, and team cohesion that defined SASF. In the chemical space, he co-founded ATC from the ground up, taking lessons from his past and applying them to a new industrial domain. His responsibilities at ATC have included:
- 💥 Crisis management:
Working with his teams to overcome factory incidents, financial risks, and project disruptions — while protecting client trust and delivery integrity. - 📈 Strategic scaling:
Transitioning ATC from reactive operations to growth-oriented systems — integrating ERP tools, building infrastructure, and entering new sectors. - 🤝 People development:
Investing in a workplace culture rooted in stability, mentorship, and upward mobility — creating space for others just as space was once created for him.
Today, Raed serves as a hands-on CEO, just as capable of supporting field operations as he is structuring partnerships. But his greatest strength is perspective — a deep appreciation for the people, teams, and early environments that shaped him. His story is not a solo one — it’s the continuation of many efforts that came before, and many more he’s helping enable now.
