Using Odoo to track supplier quality history, identify underperforming vendors, compare landed costs, and support procurement in selecting the best-fit raw materials. - 📈 Buyer Pattern Recognition & Optimization:
Leveraging ERP data to spot recurring client needs, seasonal demand shifts, and areas where product customization could create competitive advantage. - ✅ Regulatory & ISO Compliance:
Maintaining detailed MSDS records, ISO-aligned QA logs, and audit trails to meet SFDA, SASO, and international quality expectations. - 🧯 Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis:
Responding swiftly to any batch deviation, leading investigations, and ensuring all corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are logged and resolved. - 🔬 Lab System Modernization:
