About Sami
Sami is ATC’s point man on some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious and high-stakes initiatives. As Major Projects & HSE Manager, he oversees both the strategic coordination and safety enforcement for ATC’s involvement in projects under NEOM, Red Sea Global, and Qiddiya.
His role requires agility — balancing the expectations of mega-project stakeholders with the logistical, legal, and technical realities of industrial delivery. Whether deploying ATC products for surface disinfection, water treatment, or construction-site support, Sami ensures all deliverables meet strict project specs, safety protocols, and regulatory demands.
With a background in health and safety systems and a track record in complex multi-site project management, Sami bridges operations, government interface, and high-level client relationships. He ensures that ATC performs with excellence, not only on paper but in the field — where reputations are earned.
Work Expereince
Sami began his career in industrial safety compliance, where he gained deep understanding of hazard control, risk documentation, and incident prevention. He later took on project supervision roles where he applied that foundation to real-world delivery — on time, on site, and under pressure.
At ATC, Sami is responsible for:
- 🏗️ Mega-Project Delivery (NEOM, RSG, Qiddiya):
Managing ATC’s supply and service contributions across Saudi Vision 2030 flagship developments — ensuring alignment with contractor requirements, environmental standards, and HSE benchmarks. - 🦺 HSE Oversight:
Leading safety audits, worksite risk assessments, and documentation for projects in remote and high-sensitivity environments. - 📋 Regulatory Liaison & Reporting:
Interfacing with NEOM/RSG/QIC safety and procurement departments to ensure regulatory alignment, bid fulfillment, and contract renewal positioning. - 🛠️ Field Coordination:
Deploying teams, supervising site-specific product applications (e.g., degreasers, disinfectants, wastewater treatments), and ensuring operator compliance. - 📈 Stakeholder Alignment & Project Planning:
Working directly with client-side project managers to plan delivery timelines, assess new opportunities, and uphold ATC’s reputation for precision and reliability.
