Ahmad Matalqa’s journey into industrial operations started far from the world of chemicals — in the fast-paced, customer-focused world of fast food sales. It was there that he learned speed, service, and problem-solving under pressure — qualities he brings to every aspect of his role at ATC today.
Now serving as both Procurement and Sales Manager, Ahmad manages critical supply chain decisions while also staying close to ATC’s client base. His strength lies in understanding how operations and customer expectations intersect. Whether it's securing reliable raw materials or helping clients select the right chemical solution, Ahmad moves with both precision and urgency.
His dual perspective — from front-line service to backend sourcing — makes him a bridge between ATC’s internal systems and the people they serve. He’s not just making purchases or closing deals — he’s building a responsive, trustworthy experience at every touchpoint.
Ahmad’s professional journey began in a fast-paced environment — sales at a major fast food chain, where he developed core skills in customer service, speed, and accountability. It was here that he learned how to operate under pressure, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results — a mindset that would later prove invaluable in more technical sectors.
Motivated by a desire to grow beyond transactional roles, he soon transitioned into the chemical industry, taking on roles in client coordination, logistics, and procurement support. Working closely with production and sales teams, he gained hands-on exposure to the realities of chemical sourcing, regulatory compliance, and the importance of reliable vendor relationships.
At ATC, Ahmad now holds a dual role as Procurement & Sales Manager, overseeing both the inbound flow of raw materials and the outbound delivery of solutions to B2B clients. His current responsibilities include:

Managing key accounts, preparing customized quotations, and ensuring a seamless post-sale experience. - 📁 Compliance & Documentation:
Handling SFDA and SASO documentation, customs clearance support, and ensuring procurement aligns with Saudi regulatory standards. - 🔄 Internal Alignment:
Coordinating across departments to translate production needs and client expectations into actionable procurement and sales strategies.
