Chemist Engineer after sales support

Enas supports ATC’s clients beyond the purchase — applying her chemical engineering expertise to ensure every solution performs as promised.

About Enas

Enas is a chemical engineer at the core and a problem-solver by instinct. As ATC’s After-Sales Support Specialist, she plays a key role in bridging product delivery with field performance. Her job doesn't end when a sale is made — it begins there.

With a background in chemical engineering and training in product application, Enas works closely with customers to ensure proper product usage, dosage accuracy, and troubleshooting across sectors like water treatment, surface disinfection, and industrial degreasing. Whether in a factory, a poultry farm, or a treatment facility, she helps translate formulation into results.

Her strength lies in clear, technical communication — breaking down complex chemical behavior into actionable steps for operators and managers alike. She believes great products mean nothing if they aren’t applied correctly, and she’s dedicated to making sure every ATC solution is used safely, effectively, and sustainably.

Work Experience

Enas began her career in technical support and quality control labs within industrial chemical environments, where she gained hands-on experience working with dosing systems, application protocols, and product behavior under real-world conditions.

At ATC, she plays a vital role in connecting chemical engineering expertise with post-sale client success. Her responsibilities include:

  • 🧪 On-site Product Training:
Guiding clients through safe and effective product use, from water treatment facilities to hygiene-critical sites like food processing plants.
  • ⚙️ Dosing Calibration & Optimization:
Helping clients set correct application rates for maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
  • 📊 Technical Troubleshooting:
Acting as the first point of contact when customers face field-level performance issues — bridging feedback directly to production and QC teams.
  • 📁 Documentation & Reporting:
Collecting and organizing feedback, lab results, and site observations to support future product improvements.
  • 🧯 Safety & Compliance Guidance:
Ensuring operators understand proper PPE usage, chemical handling protocols, and application safety based on ATC standards.

Enas is known for her clarity, responsiveness, and deep understanding of how product chemistry interacts with field conditions. Her presence gives clients confidence that they’re not just buying a product — they’re backed by the people who built it.
