Farooq is more than ATC’s HR Manager — he’s the company’s internal compass for legal clarity, compliance, and organizational structure. With deep knowledge of Saudi labor law, ministry regulations, and business licensing frameworks, Farooq plays a dual role: ensuring that every ATC employee is supported, and every ATC project is legally sound.
His understanding of government procedures, documentation cycles, and inter-ministerial coordination has made him a trusted figure in critical operations — from registering new ventures to resolving municipality-level permit issues. Whether handling contracts, GOSI registration, or work visa processing, Farooq makes sure ATC operates with legal confidence.
But he never loses sight of the people. As HR Manager, Farooq creates systems that respect both the law and the human beings behind the roles. He believes that structure is what builds culture — and that culture is what protects performance.
Work Experience
Farooq’s early experience began in administrative roles where employee onboarding, payroll management, and government filings were daily tasks. Over time, he expanded his skillset to encompass full-scope HR strategy and legal interface.
At ATC, his responsibilities cover both human capital and compliance operations:
- 👥 HR Leadership:
Managing recruitment, onboarding, conflict resolution, payroll oversight, policy implementation, and performance structure across departments. - 📜 Legal & Government Affairs:
Handling all regulatory paperwork — including labor contracts, GOSI compliance, MOH certifications, SFDA filings, and industrial zone requirements. - 🧾 Contract Drafting & Review:
Ensuring supplier, employee, and client contracts are legally sound, risk-aware, and aligned with Saudi business law. - 📋 Audit & Documentation:
Preparing the company for inspections and audits — maintaining organized records and up-to-date licensing. - 🏗️ Project Regulatory Compliance:
Coordinating directly with ministries and regulatory bodies to ensure ATC’s construction, solar, and chemical projects meet every legal checkpoint.
